TVA vehicles damaged in Quebec City
Seven vehicles owned by TVA were damaged overnight between Oct. 17 and Oct. 18, 2022.
Windows and headlights on the vehicles were smashed, and “CAQ” was written on the door of one of the vehicles, reported Radio-Canada.
The Service de police de Québec opened an investigation into the vandalism, TVA reported.
Photos of the scene showed seven unmarked white vehicles with smashed rear windows. TVA removed logos from the station’s vehicles during the COVID-19 pandemic, when journalists began to face increasing harassment and threats while working.
