Mansour Shouman, a Palestinian-Canadian journalist and aid worker in Gaza, disappeared for more than two weeks during heavy Israeli bombardment.

During a demonstration against the conflict in Gaza, protesters splashed red paint and wrote graffiti on the Radio-Canada building in Montreal. 

The Israeli government denied media accreditation to Jesse Rosenfeld, a Canadian journalist working with Rolling Stone. 

Two conservative members of Parliament motioned for the Public Accounts Committee to investigate the terminology used by the CBC to refer to Hamas and require CBC executives to appear before the committee to face questions.
